Home away is an amazing place to start one's travels in a new country. Viet and his team are extremely helpful and communicative right from the time of booking. They are extremely professional, something we did not completely expect in Vietnam but also very helpful and friendly,as is expected of the Vietnamese. Viet and his brother,Long,also speak perfect English,making it even easier to communicate with them. We rented a scooter in great condition at an extremely good rate from them and were even allowed to keep it after check out. Our bus operator to our next stop kept us hanging until the last minute and Viet helped us call them and talk to them and once we unfortunately found out that they cancelled our booking, he was quick in finding us another seat, at an extremely competitive rate for the last minute,festive season booking. Moreover,he didn't stop checking on us until we reached our destination. The stay itself was also very comfortable, the common spaces are cleaned everyday.
