Villa Luxor is a stunning, one-of-a-kind 12-bedroom villa built on 4 levels. The property offers 16.500 square feet of seamless indoor-outdoor living spaces with the most impressive views of the Caribbean Sea – AND a private beach! With 12 Master bedrooms, all guests can enjoy spacious and luxurious accommodations during their stay. The villa has spacious outdoor areas with covered terraces and balconies with amazing ocean views. There is also an infinity pool, a large Jacuzzi, a beach bar, a pool bar, a game room, and much more! The decor is kept in a contemporary, minimalist style with elegant décor and furniture in light and neutral colors combined with a few touches of Caribbean style. The calmness of Villa Luxor will make you feel perfectly relaxed as if you were in your own, private sanctuary. The outdoor areas of the villa are where you will spend most of your time. Everywhere you look, you will see the breathtaking Caribbean Sea and amazing sunsets in the evening! MAIN FLOOR (2ND FLOOR): The majestic glass entrance will welcome you to Villa Luxor. The villa entrance is located on the 2nd floor. On this floor you will find the infinity pool & Jacuzzi, which overlooks the private beach and ocean! This space also offers comfortable outdoor sitting areas, a bar with TV, an outdoor BBQ area, an outdoor dining- and living area and a professional kitchen. There are 4 master bedrooms located on the 2nd floor of the villa. Each bedroom is spacious and comfortable with a King bed, air-conditioning, ceiling fan, walk-in closet, ensuite bathroom, terrace/balcony, and smart TV. DOWNSTAIRS (1ST FLOOR): There are 2 master bedrooms on the 1st floor (ground floor) with direct walk-out access to the private beach. Each bedroom is spacious and comfortable with a King bed, air-conditioning, ceiling fan, walk-in closet, ensuite bathroom, terrace/balcony, and smart TV. On this floor, you will also find the sauna, fitness room, spa, half bathroom, and a gazebo with seating for 20 people. The most spectacular feature on the 1st floor (ground floor) is the private beach, which only guests staying at Villa Luxor can enjoy! Soak up the sun in complete privacy, swim in the ocean, and enjoy a refreshing cocktail from the beach bar – this is a true paradise! UPSTAIRS (3RD FLOOR): The last 6 master bedrooms are located on the 3rd floor of the villa. Each bedroom is spacious and comfortable with a King bed, air-conditioning, ceiling fan, walk-in closet, ensuite bathroom, terrace/balcony, and smart TV. On this floor, you will also find the game room, which has a roulette table, a poker table, a bar area, and a unique U-shaped Arabic sofa set with seating for 12 people. ROOFTOP TERRACE: The top floor of Villa Luxor is the outdoor cigar lounge and rooftop terrace with impressive views of the ocean.

I cannot say enough good things about this place. From the house itself, to the spectacular views, and attentive staff the entire duration of our stay was absolutely spectacular. Stefan, the villa manager, was in touch with me helping plan the details of our stay from the time that I booked. We were able to do everything that we wanted to do and then some. Thank you, from the bottom of our hearts, for making my husband’s 50th a truly once-in-a-lifetime, unforgettable experience. We hope to have the opportunity to stay here again soon!

We had a wonderful 16 person extended family vacation. What made the place extra special was the staff that took such good care of us. Staff was attentive from 6am - 1am. The house came with a major-domo, chef, sous-chef, and three housekeepers - all absolutely delightful. We had special dietary requirements for several guests and they exceeded all expectations. The large outdoor dining table sat us all & was a nightly staple & the beach with the amazing private cove were where we spent all our days. We did have some issues with the plumbing (odor in a downstairs bathroom) and smell of mold in some of the rooms (believe it is part due to the living plant wall in the basement bedrooms and some construction issues that they are working out). Note that food is daily $75/pp & alcohol is $25/pp + staff gratuity (they wanted cash for all three). Additionally, use a travel agent for any excursions - recommendations were so-so at best. Driver services were stellar & worth the added cost.

The service was truly remarkable, enhancing our Punta Cana visit with trips to breathtaking locations. The villa itself was a haven of luxury, boasting abundant space and seclusion. The private beach was a highlight, offering a serene escape. Our drinks mixed by the bartender were a delight, and the chef's meals were a culinary masterpiece. It was a worry-free vacation that exceeded all expectations.
Having had the pleasure of staying at the owner's other exquisite property, our expectations were already high. However, this mansion surpassed all comparisons. With its own secluded beach, the temptation to venture elsewhere vanished as we reveled in the Villa's sheer luxury. The allure was magnetic, keeping us within its confines to savor every amenity – from the serene private spa and sauna to hosting an exclusive bachelor's party right on-site. The expert bartender services and captivating in-villa shows elevated our experience to an unprecedented level. This mansion isn't merely accommodation; it's a realm of indulgence that defies all expectations. Luxurious, peaceful, and inviting!

Cap Cana is a large, gated resort & residential community with a 24-hour gated entrance and security. Cap Cana is home to one of the best beaches in the Caribbean, including Juanillo Beach.
You’ll find another great beach at Api Beach Club at the marina. This is a smaller beach situated in a cove by the mouth of the marina, and the beach club has a swimming pool, restaurant & bar ($).
Cap Cana is also home to the best golf course in the Caribbean – Punta Espada, a Jack Nicklaus Signature course with 9 holes playing along the ocean ($). This course is ranked the #1 golf course in the Caribbean by GolfWeek Magazine.
The property is conveniently located about 9 miles from Punta Cana International Airport – just a short drive, and you’ll arrive at Villa Luxor. If you want to go off-property to explore the local area, the Puntacana Shopping Village and Blue Mall Puntacana are located right outside the resort. The best way to get there is by car or with our transportation service ($).
