很好，很宽敞，很干净，还体贴的允许我们提前把行李放进去，重要的是，从地铁出来，一路指引。很容易找到。

Kota has been very responsive to me. The airbnb is also similar to the pictures posted. The house is spacious enough for 4 people. With cooling and heater systems. Water pressure is also good. Near metro station and convenience stores. There’s also a park nearby. No elevator though but it’s not an issue for us. Will stay here again for sure!! 🥰

Kota is a wonderful, responsive, and helpful host. Both the building and the apartment are keypad based so I never had to worry about keys. The apartment is as described, located one train stop away from Ikebukuro. It is worth noting that there is no lift and the home is on the third floor. This can prove to be a challenge if you are lifting large or multiple suitcases. The home has also seen some use from previous guests, while it’s noticeable, they do not impact your stay. That said, the home has just about everything one would need for a comfortable stay. A huge perk is the washing machine can transition from washing to drying on its own so you can throw a load in before leaving for the day to explore. There are two separate bathroom sinks, one with toilet and the other with the main wet room which helps with crowding when more than three guests staying. I highly recommend this home to guests who want to spend a lot of time in Ikebukuro, Shinjuku, Shibuya area.
