Historic cottage on a peaceful street with a lake view. Take a hike from the cottage, walk down to the village of Onno on the lake to catch the ferry or visit Valbrona nearby. Valbrona has a couple of restaurants, butcher, small fruit store, cheese shop and a bakery. Bellagio or Lecco are 25 minute drives away. The independent cottage is part of a larger property and it includes 2 floors with 2 bedrooms and 2 full baths. Welcome to our independent cottage, nestled within a larger property. This cozy retreat spans two floors, offering two inviting bedrooms and two full bathrooms. Inside, you'll find a fully equipped kitchen with a spacious dining area and a comfortable living space complete with sofas and a fireplace, though it's for decorative purposes only. We've provided Italian coffee and basic cooking essentials like oil, salt, and pepper for your convenience. Outside, you can enjoy a barbecue area with a charcoal grill and a lovely dining space. Your stay in this charming retreat is not just about relaxation but also about immersing yourself in the natural beauty of the region. We hope you have a wonderful and memorable time here.

Nous avons passé 2 jours dans le cottage de Sofie et Ivan. Nous avons adoré leur logement, très calme et disposant d’un extérieur et d’une vue fantastiques. Sofie nous attendait pour notre arrivée et nous a donné toutes les informations dont nous pourrions avoir besoin. Elle s’est montrée très attentive et réactive par message ce qui nous a permis de profiter sans stress.
Leuk huis op een fantastische plek. Goede bedden! De keuken is eenvoudig met beperkte uitrusting. Communicatie verloopt heel prettig.

Wat een adembenemende plek! Het uitzicht is ontzettend gaaf en nog zoveel mooier dan op de foto's. Het huisje is een heerlijk berghuisje waar je fijn kunt terugtrekken. We troffen het met het weer en hebben op 1 dag na elke dag en elke maaltijd buiten genuttigd. Het dorpje Valbrona, onder aan de berg is een heel fijn en rustig dorpje. De bewoners zijn vriendelijk en laat je heel welkom voelen. We zijn een beetje verliefd geworden op dit plekje. De verhuurders Sofie en Ivar zijn heel vriendelijk en warme mensen. Ze reageren snel op vragen en maken makkelijk contact. We voelden ons heel snel thuis en hadden moeite om weg te gaan. Deze plek is een absolute aanrader! Ook heel leuk om wat grotere steden te bezoeken om dan uiteindelijk terug te komen in de heerlijke stilte van dit plekje. We komen graag weer terug!
Posto incredibile, foto decisamente non rendono la vista mozzafiato che propone il cottage. Sofie è stata gentilissima e sempre disponibile per ogni nostra esigenza. Siamo stati benissimo e ci torneremo sicuramente.

Your adventure awaits with numerous trekking trails around our villa. Take the trail to the lakeside village of Onno, just a 40-minute (2.7 km) stroll from the house.
If you crave mountain views, follow the path up to "Ca Manin," an agriturismo restaurant in Crezzo (remember to book; they're mostly open on weekends).
A short 5-minute drive takes you to the Oneda parking area, a gateway to the renowned "Corni di Canzo" trail and the "Rifugio Sev" restaurant.
Within 20 minutes, you can reach Monte San Primo, a mountain offering panoramic views of Lake Como, from north to south. Nearby is "Rifugio Martina," an excellent spot for lunch.
For those seeking adventure, there are opportunities for horseback riding, climbing, and kitesurfing. This less touristy part of Lake Como allows you to immerse yourself in authentic Italian life. However, if you desire a taste of the famous, Bellagio is just 14 km away.
In Valbrona, which is 1.2 km from our house, you'll find a small supermarket, a bar, an ATM, a fruit market, and an Italian restaurant. Plus, you can enjoy pizza for home delivery, perfect for savoring on the terrace.
For a memorable day trip, consider visiting "Agricola Sant Anna" in Eupilio. It's a 20-minute drive and offers excellent food. Don't forget to book in advance, and you can also enjoy their homemade ice cream.

- "La Breva," a lovely lakeside restaurant with great food at a reasonable price
