This newly constructed and spacious home is perfect for your vacation getaway! Located just over the Woodstock line in Bridgewater, you'll find yourself close to the attractions that the area has to offer. The home is 12 minutes from the Village of Woodstock and 16 minutes from Killington Skyeship Base Lodge. Whether you prefer relaxing after a day exploring or entertaining in the open concept kitchen, this is the perfect home for making Vermont memories! This custom built home was tastefully built overlooking pastures and mountains. The main living space offers a full chef’s kitchen and open dining room/living room with propane fire place. The first floor also boasts two bedrooms, a master (queen) with en suite bath and another bedroom (queen) with a bathroom just outside its door. Upstairs you’ll find a third bedroom (queen), a loft/alcove that is set up with two twin beds and another full bathroom.

We booked this home hoping for a quiet getaway with our college/high school age kids. It was perfect! It’s a new build, pristine and very peaceful. It’s off the main road up on a hill. Close to Woodstock which was great for restaurants. Hosts were proactive with info and we would book again.
We had a wonderful stay. The house was more beautiful in person. The pictures do not do it justice. Extra's like the Japanese toilet, heated floors, and well stocked kitchen really made the house feel more luxurious. There is a lovely view of the mountains from the house. It is located right outside the Woodstock border so it was very convenient to do things in town. Highly recommend!
We absolutely loved our stay. The house is amazing, beautiful accommodations! The house sits atop a lovely hill with breathtaking views of pastures and mountains. We took a really nice hike thru trails that abut the property and noticed that ski-mobile trails run alongside of their pasture. A definite plus for us for future visits. Elizabeth and her family are extremely friendly and helpful. The house is located very close to Killington Ski Resort. We spent a day shopping and lunching in Woodstock, if you haven't been, expect a story book New England town plucked straight out of a movie. We were so excited to get a quick snowstorm as we had guest from Florida that had never actually never witnessed a snowfall, it was magical! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will be back!
Amazing place !!! Very modern with lots of spacel, quiet and amazing view. Only 15 minutes from Killington resort and great restaurants. Elizabeth was very friendly and helpful ! 5 stars all the way !!
This was our second time vacationing in Vermont with friends. Lizzie’s home has a great layout for a group. Of our group of 5 - 3 are professional chefs and the kitchen did not disappoint! The quality of the cookware was top notch and plenty of space for everyone to help. On the days that it was sunny the whole house was flooded with light which was truly wonderful. The bathroom we used had great water pressure and all bathrooms looked amazing! Everything was brand new actually and beautifully decorated with what seemed like local artisan wares. The location is beautifully set in the countryside but really close to town so for us it was the best of both worlds. Thank you Lizzie for everything and being such a great host!! And for allowing us to switch the dates last minute! We recommend 🤍

This is home shares a driveway with one other home, but is in a very private and rural setting. The home is on a 75 acre property with protected forests and low lying pastures.
There is plenty of driveway parking. The house is close enough to walk to the Bridgewater Mill (we’re up the hill across Rt 4).
