You can visit the weekly Tuesday market and around you will find bars for breakfast coffee, and aperitifs, an ice cream shop, bakery, and takeaway pizza. A wonderful experience in the heart of Italy The entrance features a wall with stones, and you access the accommodation through the staircase, which is divided over two floors: On the first floor, there is a kitchen, a living area, and a bathroom. On the second floor, there is a sleeping area with another bathroom. The kitchen, complete with a balcony, is fully equipped and includes an induction stove, oven, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, Italian moka pot with coffee grounds, dishes, cutlery, water glasses, beverage glasses, wine glasses, coffee cups, tea cups, pots, and pans. It also comes with spices, kitchen accessories, and everything you need for cooking. There is a cozy living area with a comfortable two-seat sofa bed and a TV where you can relax. The sleeping area consists of two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with a balcony, two single beds, and a wardrobe with hangers. Both bathrooms have windows, one with a shower and the other with a bathtub, and they are equipped with sanitary facilities, towels, a hairdryer, a washing machine, shower gel, shampoo, facial cleanser, and a welcome kit. In the space near the second-floor bathroom, you will find a vacuum cleaner, a clothes drying rack, and a steam iron. The apartment has been furnished to reflect our lifestyle, conveying our vitality and simplicity in every corner. This choice has been made to focus on thermal comfort in the areas where most of the time is spent during the hot season. Bedrooms are considered crucial spaces for rest and relaxation, so I have chosen to provide a cool and pleasant environment in these specific areas. Although other parts of the accommodation may not be equipped with air conditioning, I have carefully assessed my needs and priorities to ensure a comfortable experience within the rooms.
