Fantastisch huis, ontzettend sfeervol ingericht met veel lokale items, die je gelijk ook zelf kunt kopen in het stadje, waaronder erg mooi keramiek.. Het huis heeft een prachtig dakterras. Nijar is een heel leuk stadje en nog geen openluchtmuseum, er wonen ook nog gewoon mensen. Dat maakt de sfeer heel prettig. Fijne tips van Carlos gekregen, waaronder het ontzettend leuke restaurant la Tasca del Mercado. Aanrader! Carlos is een communicatieve host. Enorm genoten.

Que dire du logement de Carlos? Qu’on s’y sent bien. Qu’il est décoré avec soin. Qu’il regorge d’artisanat local, même la vaisselle est constituée de céramique du coin. Que la terrasse est formidable et la grande fenêtre du salon offre un panorama inoubliable. Mon conjoint a dû travailler à distance et l’accès à Internet était rapide et sans faute. Le village est mignon et entouré d’une panoplie de sites touristiques. Nous avons passé une si belle semaine! Finalement, merci à Carlos qui répond immédiatement à toutes nos questions et qui est très aimable et aidant. On aurait aimé le rencontrer. Donc, hésitez pas, réservez.

Carlos’s place was everything that a holiday house should be. Great location with a truly stunning roof terrace with views down to the sea and extremely well equipped kitchen, including a kettle for our morning tea. This home had so much character with the balance just right between holiday let and home. Carlos gave super clear instructions as to where to park and walk to the property which was great. We visited a lovely little restaurant while there Tasca del Mercado and had amazing sardines tostada. The village itself was very peaceful in April but just 30 minutes to Almeria and to Cabo de Gata National Park which is stunning. We also really enjoyed the cactus garden in Nijar- highly recommended as an Airbnb. Thank you!

We had such a wonderful stay at Carlos' place and would highly recommend to anyone looking to explore the area or just have a nice getaway. Beautifully large window into living area and great rooftop terrace, both with stunning view of sunrise over mountains. One of the best equipped Airbnbs I've ever stayed in (incl. well sharpened knives!). We were there for a rainy, cold day and loved being able to make the most of the woodburner (wood available to purchase from the nearby petrol station). Despite not having a chance to meet him, Carlos was a wonderful host, very communicative, friendly, offering local recommendations and proactive suggestions. Perfectly located in the centre of Níjar which surpassed our expectations in terms of the beauty of the village. I would happily come stay again!
