Also with a smart TV this is the perfect place to chill out or entertain! Kitchen: This blue and bright kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances and has everything you need to cook up a storm. With large windows allowing the natural light to flood in and light up the room. Containing a lovely dining table with 4 spaces to enjoy. Bedroom 1: Furnished with a comfortable double bed, hotel quality linen and plenty of storage for your stay, enjoy a good night's sleep in this spacious room. Bedroom 2: Furnished with a comfortable double bed and storage for your stay, this bedroom is the perfect place to lay your head after a day of exploring the city! Bedroom 3: Contains a comfortable double bed and lots of storage for your stay! With windows allowing natural light to flood in. Bedroom 4: Located downstairs is a comfortable single bed and lots of space to store all your belongings. Perfect place to relax after a busy day out and about! Bathroom: Freshen up before heading out in this lovely three-piece bathroom, complete with a large shower, toilet, sink and fully stocked with all of the essentials for your stay! Bathroom 2: The second bathroom is another place for guests to get ready for a busy day! This modern three-piece bathroom, complete with a large shower, toilet, sink and fully stocked with all of the essentials for your stay!

The location was great, only a short walk to a very lively area of Portobello where we spent most of our time. The price was good for our group of 7.
The unit has great location, although the immediate block or two are corporate offices. The unit was spacious and had the amenities advertised. The unit does not include parking, and while there was metered 2- or 3-hour parking nearby, the closest parking garage was a bit of a hike. Somehow I had come under the misconception that the unit included parking, so that is on me. Although the unit was clean and tidy, it needs some touching-up in terms of repairs. Many fixtures and Ikea furniture were loose or showing wear and tear. Also there were no paper towels and there were only two rolls of toilet paper in the unit. In sum, location and number of rooms are the main draws of the unit.
See above reviews. No mention of house alarm in check-in instructions. When we checked-in, the alarm was activated, which we set off. Blaring siren and flashing lights disturbing the neighbourhood. Numerous phone calls to host for instructions on how to disable alarm, unable to reach. Finally able to reach via message. Additional problems with the alarm. The general area is littered with graffiti, cigarette butts and garbage. Foul odour in kitchen. Stains on couch. Mould in both bathrooms. Very limited supply of toilet paper, towels, no paper towel, etc. Beds comfortable and clean. We have hosted for six years and we would never treat customers this way. This property is operated as a business, presumably with multiple persons managing this Airbnb account. Extremely disappointed. Would never return or rent from this company again.
Shame you haven’t listened to other peoples view of this property. Not worth saying anything until you decide to pay attention DO NOT RECOMMEND
We had a really nice stay for St. Patrick's Day. The Appartement was in a calm environment, mostly surrounded by business buildings. The City Center is a short walk away. The beds were really comfortable, everything was super clean. The windows looked a bit old and the handling needs getting used to, but they work and don't loose too much heat, so it's not really a problem. Bath and kitchen were both super modern and enjoyable. Great place to stay, might come back next year ;)
