I enjoyed my stay it was very clean and spacious were i could move around easily.
The place was clean and very spacious just like the photos. The building was really quiet and nice but there was a lot of smoking person in the higher floors and you could smell it from the apartment. Apart of that, everything was really good.

O apartamento é exatamente como está nas fotos, acomodou muito bem eu e minha família. Estava limpo e tudo organizado, tudo novinho. O único problema foi o cheiro de maconha lá dentro. Com os dias e com a limpeza que fizemos, diminuiu, porém, o antigo hóspede deixou um cheiro de maconha bem desagradável. O bairro também é tranquilo, porém, os arredores tem alguns mendigos o que gera um preocupação a mais.
Host was very responsive to messages but didn’t deliver on promise. I had an issue with the hallway shower not draining. I was assured three times that a maintenance person was coming out to fix the issue and they never did come. I had to be the one to follow up with the host each time to find out why no one ever came out. Very clean cozy location. The property looks exactly like the pictures. Please note that not all 3 rooms have a TV.
