Perfect for single travelers, couples, friends and business travelers, 1-2 people. The apartment is quiet and peaceful, yet just a short distance from downtown. Etu-Töölö is one of Helsinki's most prestigious neighborhoods. If you wish to relax, it's easy: 〰️ Wi-Fi is extra fast (200 Mb / min) 〰️ Smart TV, you can watch apps such as Netflix, HBO and Disney+ or play content from your mobile phone 〰️ Good speaker for listening to music 〰️ Fully equipped kitchen 〰️ Coffee & tea 〰️ Quality bath products ** To ensure a restful night's sleep during the summer season, the apartment features blackout curtains instead of linen curtains (as shown in the picture) due to the late sunset in Helsinki.** The apartment is located in a culturally historical house built in 1935, representing functionalist architecture, whose details have been cherished. Next door to the apartment is the well-known atelier house Lallukka, where several respected Finnish artists live and work. The creator of the Moomins, the artist Tove Jansson, lived in the house during his student years. The traditional artist restaurant Elite is also located in the same block. Several art museums (Kunsthall, HAM, Kiasma) as well as the National Opera and Music Hall are nearby. In addition, the attractions Temppeliaukio church (The Rock Church), the Museum of Natural Sciences, the National Museum and the Sibelius monument are within walking distance. Green nature surrounds Töölö. The seaside, Töölönlahti and several parks are right next door. Nearest grocery store 200 m and public transport stop (trams and buses) 150 m. For small families (2 adults + 1 child) a made travel cot or mattress is also available upon request. There is a playground right in front of the house. Flexible check-in. Everything was perfect!! highly recommended apartment! Apartment is exactly like photos, vert cute and comfortable! The neighborhood is the best, quite but has Everything you need.. Is very close to center, about 20 - 30 minutes walk from famous monuments.. Tia was very friendly and did the best for our accommodation
Olimme tyytyväisiä yhden yön vierailuumme Tian majoituksessa. Asunto valoisa ja siisti. Sängyssä erittäin hyvä nukkua. Mikroa olisimme kaivanneet, jos olisimme vierailleet pidemmän ajan. Yhden yön pärjäsi hienosti asunnosta löytyvillä puitteilla. Majoittaja vastasi viesteihin nopeasti.
Aivan loistava sijainti, keskeinen mutta superrauhallinen. Asunto on viihtyisä ja vastaa kuvia.
The place is cozy and comfortable. The communication with Tia was seamless, she was responsive and accommodating throughout my stay. Highly recommended.

Etu-Töölö is known for its rich
culture offerings and convenient location right next to the city center. It is loved by many for its uniform classical and art nouveau architecture.
Etu-Töölö is a safe and peaceful residential area, yet downtown is just a short distance away. You can walk everywhere from Etu-Töölö and the trams also run quickly.
There are several art museums (Kunsthall, HAM, Kiasma, Ateneum), the National Opera and the Music Hall nearby. In addition, the attractions Temppeliaukio church (The Rock Church) and the Sibelius monument are within walking distance.
The restaurants in Etu-Töölö are excellent: right next door you can find classic Finnish food (Elite, KuuKuu) as well as Italian, Japanese, Chinese, Thai and Indian. food. We got you covered! The grocery stores are also the best in town.
For an evening walk, you can head to Töölönlahti or, on a sunny day, to the sandy beach a few blocks away.
Did you know that a hundred years ago Etu-Töölö was known as a leisurely villa district? Many streets (such as Apollonkatu) were named after the villa that was located there once upon a time.
