The property was great for what we needed it for, very clean and all amenities we needed. There were a few small details that could do with tweaking, some of the carpet grips were lose (my son stood on one of the screws, no major damage caused to him, it just hurt) bath waste pipe runs into the gutter, not the waste stack so it leaks down the back door, but this wasn’t really an issue for us. And we were unable to use the recycling facilities as the bins were full. Also, there were two different codes given for the key lock so that was a little confusing initially but we figured it out. Our host, Churchill, was very friendly, easily available and responsive.. he checked everything was ok and if we needed anything. I didn’t mention to him the minor things we noticed, which maybe I should have, but as it didn’t affect our stay I didn’t see the need. Cleanliness wise the property was immaculate and my son said he wanted to stay for 8 years!

The communication with Churchill was great, really responsive. The house was fine, we were at an event so spent very little time there.

It was a good value stay, just out side Manchester with a good amount or room for 5 of us.

Lovely property just as described and check in was easy. Churchill was friendly and responsive. Plenty of space in the property.

Churchill was great, super responsive & informative. We stayed for one night, the house was super clean and nice to be in.
