The beachfront studio is located within 4 acres of land, with beautiful olive, fig, orange, lemon, and pomegranate trees, in front of the beach "Tsopa" location of Agioi Theodoroi Corinthia. It is 65km (50 minutes) from the Center of Athens, 95km (60 minutes) from Αthens International Airport, 15km from the Corinth Canal in Isthmus, 56km from Mycenaen, 76km from the Archaeological Museum in Epidaurus and only 4km from the "Blue Flag" awarded beach "Pefkakia" Coordinates: 37.920792,23.128351 The studio is 48 square meters and it has been completely renovated in 2023. The goal of the renovation was both energy conservation (Α+) and aesthetic improvement, using eco-materials that are environmentally and human-friendly. For painting the studio, as well as the handmade furniture, were used natural paints by the German Company"AURO". (a certified company “CO2-neutral ”). The studio's equipment was chosen to be from natural eco-friendly materials, such as wood, jute, cotton, and cork.

Coralia and Yiannis are wonderful hosts and made us feel welcome at their place. The house is extremely clean, the design is amazing, it provided all the comforts we could ask for and much more. The garden is huge with trees, plants, flowers, and a few friendly dogs. The nearby village is not so attractive, but the house and the friendly hospitality are marvelous. We drove to day-trips in the Peloponnese and Athens, and returned happily to the luxury and peace of Coralia's place.
Staying at this apartment was an absolute delight! From the moment we booked, the host's communication was superb, ensuring a seamless check-in experience. The apartment itself was impeccably clean and well-structured, making our stay comfortable and enjoyable. The host went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed, and their recommendations for local attractions and dining were absolutely amazing. The location couldn't have been better convenient to everything we wanted to see and do. Overall, we had a fantastic experience, and I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area. Thank you for such a wonderful stay!
Wat een heerlijke plek is dit! Het appartement is prachtig en stijlvol gerenoveerd en de tuin is fantastisch! Heerlijk aan zee. Coralia is super behulpzaam en de honden erbij maakt het heel gezellig. We hebben genoten!

Beautiful place to stay, very peaceful very relaxing, an amazing place to spend a day or even a week. Yria was very helpful and served as bread every day Home baked. I would recommend this place to anyone that wants to go.
