Lyda was a dream to deal with. Clear instructions and direction. The property is perfectly located, clean and has everything you need for a short or long stay. Don’t use them due to our very short stay, but having the use of pool tennis court and gym would such an asset for a longer stay.
Good place
Good location for us at the time. There was a small stain on the sheets but we knew they had been industrially cleaned and Lyda put our minds at ease quickly about it. Other than that the place was clean and exactly what we needed for a weekend.
We had a great time in Perth. Walking to shops, attractions, bus station, rail station and Tour start points all within 20 min walk. Accommodation was as advertised, bed was large and very comfortable. it had all required amenities. Communication with host Lyda was excellent. Will use again.

Mounts Bay Village is the ideal spot whether you are here to explore Perth and all it has to offer, for work or for a conference. Close to transport hubs and the freeway north or south, close to King's Park and the CBD.
Although close to the city there's a lake right across the road with many ducks and swans in residence. There is a footbridge linking Kings Park with the lake and footpaths onto the river and all around the river.
Kings Park & Botanical Gardens is just to the rear with access via Jacob's Ladder almost right outside.
eScooters are available to pick up and ride from the front of the building.
The local bus stop is also directly outside, which takes you into and through the city or down via UWA, Nedlands and beyond.
Its a 5-10 walk to Elizabeth Quay transport hub where you can catch a ferry, bus or train.
There is also a taxi rank close by and Uber's pick up all around
