Ideal for those who reach the city by car, for those who want to stay away from the chaos of the city or for those who have to stay for work in the northern area of the city. Located near the tram line (line T2) which connects the airport to the city center in 15 minutes. Zoroaster Home is a modern apartment located in the historic and quiet Borgo di Peretola, on the outskirts of Florence, its position north of the city makes it an ideal point for those arriving at the Florentine airport and rent a car from nearby rent cars, to visit the capital and move around Tuscany, or for those who travel for work in the industrial and commercial area of the city located near the house. Pozione ottima appena fuori dell’autostrada e vicina al parcheggio scambiatore Guidoni che in 30 minuti circa ti porta in centro città. Appuntamento molto pulito, spazioso, letto comodo, con tutti gli accessori necessari per la cucina e il bagno. Comoda la macchinetta per il caffè e per il the già disponibile e anche la lavastoviglie e Smart Tv. Serena gentilissima ci ha dato tante informazioni utili. Unica cosa negativa il divano un po’ scomodo.
Accueil chaleureux à notre arrivée par Serena et sa fille. Serena nous a donné toutes les informations nécessaires au bon déroulement de notre séjour. Appartement très propre, bien décoré, conforme aux photos. L'accès à Florence se fait facilement par les transports en communs (bus et tram). Nous recommandons ce logement à 100%

O apartamento é ótimo, muito espaçoso e confortável. Tem vaga de estacionamento e elevador, o que é bem conveniente. A cozinha, quarto e banheiro são excelentes e Serena é muito atenciosa.

The Borgo di Peretola, where the apartment is located, is a small urban center in the northern area of Florence, probably of Etruscan origin, which developed in the Renaissance period. It owes its notoriety for having given birth to the Vespucci family, from which the famous navigator Amerigo was born. The house of the family is still visible in the old centre, and the nearby Florence-Peretola Airport has been named after its famous exponent.
Also here was born Zoroastro da Peretola, or Tommaso Masini, to whom the name of our house is dedicated, friend and collaborator of Leonardo da Vinci, intrepid tester of the flying machine; invented by the scientist.
Worth mentioning are the church of Santa Maria a Peretola , which houses a masterpiece by Luca Della Robbia, the Tabernacle of the Sacrament (1441) and a baptismal font by Francesco di Simone Ferrucci (1446). The nearby oratory of the Santissima Annunziata is a rare example of neoclassical architecture in the area.
Peretola is made up of narrow streets, typical of the country village, dotted with tabernacles and arched passages, also with wooden beams, which connect the numerous courts and courtyards, around which the houses develop according to the typical peasant building scheme and the main road.
