This home sleeps 8, with 2 queen beds and two, full pull-out couches. After a day of wine tasting, open another bottle and play pool on the full size pool table while looking at the lights off in the valley. Our home has hotel-style accommodations, each bathroom is stocked with shampoo, soap, and conditioner and towels for your convenience. The kitchen is fully stocked with refrigerator, two burner hot plate, pots, pans, and cooking utensils. There is a Keurig and tea kettle for you to use as well. THINGS TO KNOW: -There is 1 other property located on the land. We may have the other space rented while you are enjoying our cottage. We ask that you be respectful of the other guests on the property. -This home does not have a washer/dryer -Your booking charges will NOT include your pet fee of $150/pet. If this home allows pets at the time of booking and you have included any pets in your folio at checkout, a $150/pet fee will be required to pay separately to the property management company prior to check-in. -This home is in a quiet neighborhood and is only suitable for quieter groups. Our rental agreement includes a no-tolerance policy regarding excessive noise, occupancy, or parties, and the property is monitored with cameras and decibel meters as required by city ordinances.
