This property is advertised as a historic yet luxury & modern property but its misleading. It is not a luxury property throughout for the price point as at least 4 of the state rooms have anything but tasteful ‘luxury’ decor, lacking basic bathroom amenities, two kitchen spaces are shown but you have access to just one and that one is inadequate for the number of guests, lighting in the available kitchen is poor, wifi is extremely slow to non-existent (3Mbps!), cant stream movies in the so called ‘modern’ theatre room, there’s no modern cell coverage and the security cameras in the public area they don’t tell you about are apparently ‘dummy’ cameras. Host was unwilling to compensate even a cent for a sub standard experience barre offering 75 pound for some kitchen oven bowls and knives we needed to buy. This is not a luxury modern property compared to others at this price point and for what’s advertised. Host is pleasant enough but refutes all our issues.
