The flat was completely refurbished and renovated in 2023. The 1-room flat is recommended for 1 person, but can be used for a maximum of 3 people by using the sofa bed. The kitchen is of high quality and fully equipped. A dining area invites you to enjoy a cosy meal. For long-term stays, a washing machine and tumble dryer can be used at the checkout. The flat is a 6-minute walk from the main railway station. From there there are connections to long-distance transport, but especially to the S-Bahn directly to Warnemünde and to Graal-Müritz to the beach. Bicycles can be stored in the house. There is a residents' car park in front of the house. Public parking is available 80 metres away on Schillerplatz. The day ticket costs €5 and can be booked using the EasyPark app. As the landlord of the flat, we live in the house so that issues can be placed and resolved immediately.

Für einen Kongress in Rostock habe ich die Unterkunft von Gunnar gebucht und war sehr zufrieden. Eine Unterkunft mit allem, was man so braucht und die Kommunikation war auch unkompliziert und reaktionsschnell. Ich habe mich gleich wie zuhause gefühlt!
Gunnar war der perfekte Gastgeber: zuvorkommen & freundlich. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und zum Hinterhof gelegen, sodass sie sehr ruhig ist. Man findet alles, was man benötigt und ist sehr zentral, sodass man schnell am Bahnhof oder in der Innenstadt ist. Ich komme sehr gerne wieder.
Amgemehmer und ruhiger Aufenthalt. Durch gute ÖPNV-Anbindung alles gut zu erreichen und somit flexibel. Saubere Wohnung, gute Küchenausstattung.
Unser Aufenthalt in dieser Ferienwohnung war ausgezeichnet! Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und ganz gut ausgestattet, was unseren Aufenthalt äußerst angenehm gemacht hat. Die ruhige Lage sorgte für eine erholsame Atmosphäre, und dennoch war die Wohnung sehr gut angebunden, sodass wir problemlos Ausflüge unternehmen konnten. Absolut empfehlenswert für einen entspannten (Kurz)Urlaub!
