Amazing stay! We enjoyed every single bit of it. Richard is always available for any questions made our stay the best Airbnb stay I have ever had or vacation home. Truly an incredible place as well for pets there are plenty of paths and parks around. 10/10!!

Was a great place to stay while in Edmonton. I enjoyed the privacy, people in neighborhood were friendly and the house was very clean with everything you need. Will def stay again.

While this house looks new like the pictures it was full of food garbage in the garage that smelled. The front door had a rug that looked like it had animal fece stains that were relatively recent. The carpets had stains (cleaned). There is no yard- it’s super muddy which is super annoying with pets. You can hear the basement suit tenants super clearly so I’m assuming they can hear upstairs as well. When checking in we had issues with the door locking which we figured out but the host didn’t respond until the next day. The sliding door off the kitchen is a safety hazard as it has a small wood board blocking it but open to a drop to the backyard. Tons of construction and the roads were slick with mud from all the construction. The beds are basically thing hard mattresses. Overall the main house was clean but did not feel comfortable or homey whatsoever. If we didn’t have any other option we would have left. We ended up packing and leaving the next day.
