Come visit the country! This tiny house is set back in our field on our 55 acre property. This home is surrounded by the country, rodeo horses are kept right next to our property and are a common sight. We also often see, wild turkeys, and deer. There are walking trails on the property as well. The location of this tiny house is excellent, 9 min drive to Norris Lake, or hop on the interstate and be in Sevierville in 45min. This may be a "Tiny House" but it has all the convinces of a full size home. The kitchen features a table top bar with barstools, as well as all essential appliances. Don't forget the Coffee, there is a fully stocked Keurig Coffeemaker. The living room, which is open to the kitchen, boasts a fireplace, smart tv and comfortable leather couch, where you can relax after a long day out in nature. Just down the hall is the Master Bedroom, it features a full size bed and large closet. Turn down the other hallway, and you will see a new LG washer and dryer to the left, and across is the full bathroom. It features a full-size tub and shower. To the right of the bathroom is the second Bedroom, it features a built-In triple bunk bed. These bunk beds are so cozy and each one has their own reading light. Five guests can sleep comfortably in this tiny house.

Very well kept tiny home that didn’t seem that tiny. It could accommodate a family of 2 adults and 3 children. We don’t have children, and slept comfortably in one of two bedrooms. Nice bath, great kitchen and a very nice porch. This is a quiet and very private location, but you can be in the town of Maynardville in about 5 minutes. Takes about 40 minutes to get to Knoxville which we went downtown to the World’s Fair park. We enjoyed Big Ridge State Park for a little hiking, it’s about 15-20 minutes away from this tiny home.
Lisa’s little home is AWESOME! As a finish carpenter, I am really impressed at the craftsmanship that went into the construction of everything. It may be listed as a tiny home, but it provides plenty of space to feel right at home. The full bed was exceptionally comfortable, the decor and appliances were spot on, and the location is super peaceful! You won’t find a much better host than Lisa. It’s folks like her that keep me coming back to this platform. She was quick to respond to my request, communicated clearly on all the details about the property, and she maintained a very pleasant demeanor! She even went above and beyond with some snacks and drinks! I’d HIGHLY recommend this property and host!!

Place is perfect for what we needed and in great location. Lisa was very helpful and very easy to reach. I’ll be back for years to come.
