Femi was great to deal with - he answered my initial email within minutes and then was available when I called prior to arrival and acknowledged my text when I left. He was friendly and helpful. The location was perfect for the city centre - about a 5 minute walk - and I was able to park outside on the private driveway. The apartment was not the studio one I had booked but a one bedroom flat in the same house, so I got a better deal. It was warm, basic and clean and the bed was comfy however the rooms smelled strongly of cannabis. Additionally, between 3am and 4am there were a couple of residents from the house in the courtyard having a smoke and chatting right outside my ground floor bedroom window. You can get inconsiderate residents/guests anywhere but the cannabis smell would stop me rebooking.

really nice place, will definitely come by again. the bathroom was good, the kitchen area was in working order. bed was also comfy. perfect place to get away for the weekend etc

Femi was friendly and responsive. The location is central and a short walk away from many restaurants and the train station. Last of all the price was very satisfactory for my stay. I would stay here again if I return to Middlesbrough.
