The Little Picture Palace is a jewel box of a studio apartment, designed for comfort, elegance and the perfect location to enjoy Brighton. 10 mins from the station, town and the beach. Decorated in Sarah's bespoke maximalist style, it boasts Sarahs hand drawn murals, art, glamour and a walled terrace.The Little Picture Palace also has its own cinema. Newly built it has wide doors that open onto a private garden. Wake up, throw open the doors, eat breakfast in bed & breathe in the tranquility. Beautiful studio with full kitchen and bath and separate WC. Kingsize bed, luxury linen bedcovers. Under bed draws with plenty of space to for clothes and pull out bedside tables. Projector and cinema screen, with all the usual Netflix, prime etc Kitchen has oven ,microwave, full-size fridge and sink. Fully stocked shelves with ceramics designed by Sarah, toaster, kettle etc Dining table for two, or good size work table. Outdoor patio at the front , space to keep bikes, surfboards etc by front door with lockable gate Private Garden at the back with bifold doors opening out onto a small patio garden, outdoor festoon lights, table and chairs for alfresco dining all surrounded by beautifully planted garden Outdoor hot shower. A truly beautiful place to stay in a nice peaceful location but still within walking distance to everything you need. If you are wondering whether to book this accommodation then wonder no more! Book it! You certainly will not regret it. Thank you both!

this is a MUST stay! the artist Sarah is absolutely brilliant. it's STUNNING. there is so much to look at and admire. the stay is fully equipped and very clean. the hosts are so kind and willing to help. it's such a unique place and a comfortable bed. you can really tell that they carefully created this safe haven and have taken very good care of it. it's a great location !!! highly recommend
Einfach ein rundum gelungener Aufenthalt in einem außergewöhnlichen tiny house - die Bilder sind toll, aber das Erleben ist noch besser. Wir kommen gerne wieder - also ganz klare Empfehlung.
Stayed for 2 nights with my Husband to attend a gig in Brighton Centre. Really lovely place with so many quirky features. We loved the outside shower and used the projector screen to watch Netflix which was also a lovely touch. Location is excellent. We don’t mind walking and got around easily all weekend. I wouldn’t hesitate to come back. Thanks for having us!

Brighton is a compact city so it is easy to explore on foot and all of the main attractions are nearby. There are plenty of frequent buses with stops all over the city and beyond - please ask if you'd like help with planning a route.
12 mins from both Brighton and Hove stations, town and the beach. Minutes from Sussex Cricket ground for sport and concerts. Walking distance to The Dome and Theater Royal and a short stroll along the beach to the Brighton Center. We are also just around the corner from The Montefiore Hospital, and have a wonderfully little park behind us, with a cafe and tennis courts.

We are located by SEVEN DIALS - Named as one of the coolest places to live in TIME OUT. last year! We are in a quiet neighbourhood, residential but only 10 mins away from town and the beach and all the wonderful hustle and bustle. Seven Dials has its own little centre with bakeries, super market and heal food shops....and pubs! Our property backs not St.Annewells park, perfect for a morning constitutional on your way to pick up some croissants.
PARKING - We advise planning this before you arrive, we will send you details of local car parks, and lots of private car parking space for rental, there is on street parking and you can use the PayByPhone app. We will send you a parking details on booking.
