Firstly, Efrain is an amazing host, extremely responsive and helpful. Also, all the instructions provided were accurate and clear. It is a really good choice in Boquete, as most of the hotels/hostels are quite pricey. Here you get a great level of comfort, well equipped kitchen, table for working if needed and privacy. The wifi was very (I mean VERY) fast, like around 600Mbps. It may seem that this place is further from center, but it's really only 10-15min walk. It was a bit noisy during the night as busy street is nearby, but it is not a big deal.

We loved this apartment! Location is about 15mins from the main downtown area, and about 5 mins from a great Rey grocery store. There is a food truck also within 5 mins walking distance that had excellent burritos! Wish the hot water heater was a bit larger but we were happy with what we got, especially coming from a more rustic stay prior. The TV in the living room did not work, but we were not home enough to need it and the bedroom tv was just fine. Would recommend to anyone visiting Boquete, especially without a car.

Efrain was extremely well intentioned, available, friendly, and responsive to questions and concerns. We could be wrong but we don't recall any mention of the main street and urban busy vibe when we reserved this apt. The photos and description made it seem much more tranquil and lovely. There was no outdoor space available and what was described as a balcony was actually a landing on the second floor which had the front door entrance.The interior worked ok but was bland at best. There was only limited cooking equipment. The blender, microwave, and stove all looked new and worked well. The apt was an easy walk to an excellent supermarket and town .

Efrain's place is excellent, very well located (especially if you intend to not have a car), as everything can be walked to, and yet the place has its peace and quite, almost like living in a jungle. Efrain is an excellent host, kept in easy touch in case there was an issue we faced (which was none), and also accomodated a late check out request. All in all excellent and look forward to being there again.
