You get what you paid - Daniel's unit was minimalistic but had everything I needed. Fast wifi connection, smart TV, and ironing facilities were what I needed and provided lol. The unit was clean, there was a washing machine at the entrance but I didn't use it. There was also a small mini-market & self-laundry downstairs near the pool. Sunset view was beautiful and the area was quiet. Overall the unit was well-kept & clean. The house caretaker took a bit of time to respond to messages but not too long. I parked at the parking lot in front of the entrance that didn't require an access card. The only downside was the bed was a bit uncomfortable since the frame was a metal one & kinda shaky when you toss & turn around. Overall it was a pleasant stay
