The space is perfect for couples, families & friends relaxing, having fun & making memories. Well behaved dogs welcome. Friday & Monday changeover days. The entrance porch is home to the washing machine and dryer along with space for shoes and personal belongings. On the ground floor we have an open plan bespoke kitchen and diner with huge windows maximising the views from every angle. The spacious lounge is separate and has a corner sofa, log burner for those colder nights and patio doors leading out onto the decking. Also on the ground level we have a shower room with w/c. Up the narrow stairs we have 2 bedrooms. The master bedroom is very spacious with super king bed, a chaise longue situated underneath the window, dressing table and ladder for hanging clothes. The two remaining beds are situated on the mezzanine next door to the master bedroom. Both beds are king size and separated by a curtain. There is no door to this bedroom, it is open plan. Also upstairs is a bathroom with shower, w/c and stand alone bath tub. We have a large enclosed garden with the sea as the backdrop, with lockable gate leading to steps down to the beach. The main house adjoining the Annexe is also an established holiday let, owned by ourselves. Outside we have an enormous decking running all along the back (beachside) of the house and down the side, with wide steps down to the garden. On the decking we have two sun loungers and 4 lounging chairs as well as a charcoal fuelled BBQ (built with stone from the local quarry). We also have a wooden dining table with benches. There is ample room for 2-3 cars outside the main house (Annexe also shares the same driveway). The famous Anglesey coastal path runs behind the house so can be accessed in a few seconds. We also have the adjoining Annexe listed on Airbnb (which doesn’t accept pets I’m afraid due to owner allergies).
