David's house is very well located and is only a short work from the town centre, seafront and a large supermarket. The house is spacious and well equipped with everything we needed during our stay. The decor, carpets and bathrooms have seen better days (all clean and functional) but this is evident from the photos when booking and we chose to accept this to secure a large house that could accommodate our group at a very reasonable price.

We had a lovely time at David’s place, it has everything we could have asked for for a great stay in Largs and so close to the beach, we had such a wonderful time, thank you!

Great location nice big house plenty of room .

The location is perfect for a stay in Largs.  Short walk to the front/town/supermarket and station. The house was very spacious with plenty of room.  However we did encounter some issues. Although the house is nice and big, it felt very cluttered and tired. The carpets in the bedrooms were peeling off the floors, the window handles were broken off and the TV's in the bedrooms didn't work. Although it was nice to have en suite in nearly every bedroom, there was no separate toilet downstairs. The water pressure in bathrooms was very poor and in one of the bedrooms toilet was broken ( sinking into the ground when using it). The bathroom in the loft room has a piece of plastic film stuck to the window to provide privacy but it doesn’t fit and the edges are peeling off. Overall the place was very dusty and the mattresses were either very hard or too springy.  On the plus side, the house itself was very warm and it was lovely to come back to after an afternoon's walk in beautiful Largs.
