This is a great apartment if you want something a little less frenetic than the downtown area. It’s in a clean and safe development of similar buildings. There is good vehicle access to the basement car park or for taxis. The harbour area is an easy 10 minute walk away across a new pedestrian bridge, where there is a good selection of restaurants and spectacular views across Dubai Creek to the Burj Khalifa and downtown skyline. That central area itself is only around 20 minutes away by taxi. The apartment also has use of a decent shared outdoor swimming pool, which is a bonus. Ivan the host is very responsive and arranged airport transfers for us, which was helpful. One thing to be aware of is that Dubai Creek Harbour/ Creek Beach is part of an enormous new development project, so there is likely to be construction ongoing in the area for some years. Having said that, we didn’t find it intrusive and the developers seem to be aware of minimising any disruption to existing facilities.

Dubai Creek Harbour rises above its namesake waterway, and is located between the city's historical locales and newer hubs of Downtown Dubai and Business Bay which are just 10 to 15 minutes away by car.
The district is the ideal spot for enjoying a slower pace of life, and taking in the serene skyline and marina views over an al fresco meal at food trucks or cafes. Stroll along the 6km promenade and stop for photographs at one of the bright-hued art installations, or hop aboard a boat tour and enjoy some of the city’s key landmarks from the water.
Parking is available if you have your own ride.
Taxis are frequent in this place to take you anywhere in Dubai.
Uber and Careem are also options for booking a taxi.
The Dubai Fountain is 14 km from the apartment, while Burj Khalifa is 15 km from the property. The nearest airport is Dubai International Airport, 20 km from Dubai Creek Harbour.
