My stay was great! Everything they provided on there listing is accurate. Broke is a great host. Broke is very responsive with returning emails quickly. Everything is literally in a one block radius. Coffee shop, supermarket, urgent care, basketball courts. Once again broke is a great host.

Regular cleanings. Super close to the G. The address on the initial listing was not the real address (it was in a message they sent after booking), which did lead to us overlooking and coming to the wrong address for check-in. The back patio is very VERY overgrown and hasn't had maintenance in a while. Awful mosquitoes because of it. It looks like the room had been flooded at some point due to warping and softness on the wood floors. Had some good communication via text throughout the stay. The living room could use a TV, but it made for a great place to chat with other guests. The kitchen equipment is really poorly stocked. No oil, salt, pepper, or many quality pans or dishes. I didn't even have a spatula or any usable oven pan. But all in all, if you're in New York for work and don't cook very much, it's a pretty great value. If I needed to rent another long-term rental, I'd come back.

Kevin was very kind and respectful. He made sure that I was comfortable. Such a great guy. The back patio needed serious maintenance however and the bathroom wasn’t a dedicated bathroom. It’s still a good place to stay if you just need to sleep and sleep only.
