I stayed about 3 months and overall it was good. Parking was a little tough at times as there are several other AB&B on the street so lots of cars. The room was your standard room and I thought a great value for the price. The bed was very big and very comfortable. A couple issues I had during the stay 1) the front door lock didn’t work sometimes. 2) the upstairs shower head in the bathroom did not work well. I escalated both issues to the contact and both were resolved quickly. I would stay here again - and probably will.

The room was very nice and clean. The bed was big and super comfortable, and there was a desk that was useful for my needs. There was also a refrigerator for guests that was conveniently located in the hallway near the stairs; I found this helpful as well. The toilet and shower were located in an enclosed lockable room, but the two sinks were in a part of the bathroom that had no door. So things could potentially get awkward with unrelated guests using the sinks at the same time. Also I can imagine the bathroom getting crowded or backed up for the number of guests potentially using it at the same time. Fortunately I didn't have to deal with either issue during my stay. The kitchen was, as far as I could tell, completely devoid of any plates, bowls and utensils. There was a microwave, which I did use. There's street parking but it can be a long walk to the house. I did not have the pleasure of meeting Ping, but we stayed in communication on the day of my check-in.

The television had a nice selection of shows, movies, news and much more to watch. The room was clean, towels were provided, able to use the microwave and refrigerator. The bed was comfortable and the temperature setting in the home, was perfect for me. I will definitely stay again.

Absolutely wouldn't recommend staying. My biggest gripe is the fact that my car was hit overnight, and the host stopped responding to me when I asked multiple times about any updates on the camera footage I asked for. That seems really shady to me. Also, not the hosts fault, but the people staying in the house were incredibly noisy and even loudly cursing at each other. Plus, they leave the bathroom in a disgusting state that constantly has to be cleaned. Not to mention slow drainage issues that was first handled with the shower, but then stayed an issue with the sinks. I even told the host of the cursing I was hearing in the hallway and they kept asking which room it was, but I told them I didn't know and I'm not gonna go check and get involved. Ended up cutting my trip short by a week because I didn't feel safe. Parking is a nightmare, there's too many cars in the cul-de-sac. If you park in the driveway then your car should be fine and not hit and run like mine.
