We stayed at this place during my husband’s annual convention at SMX. The location is great with nearby restaurants. Being near in MOa is a plus too. The place is cute and clean. Concerns are responded well and early. Will definitely come back again. Thank you.
what I like about this place is the host's responsiveness. The unit itself is as described, but for some persistent and uninvited crawlers. Unit is conveniently located within few strides to restaurants and shops. MOA is a bit of a walk but walkable. I do recommend this unit to anyone looking for a place in this part of Manila
Thank you for being accommodating. Co host made sure that unit is cleaned thoroughly before we checked in since there was a bit of delay. Proactively offered to extend our stay to compensate. Everything is comfy love our stay! Thank you.

Convenient check in and check out. The place is also clean although the toilet smells like cigarettes but I think it is because of the toilet ventilation. Faucet needs to be repaired. The place is clean and smells good. Toiletry kit is also provided. Would definitely book again!

Hi, my name is Ruby. I am your classic type A personality that likes to accomplish much in a day. My first listing is an acquisition I made in February and between that period and April, I have lived in the unit and experienced for myself what my future guests will experience during their stay. Needless to say, experiencing first-hand had been quite useful in prioritizing my budget and carrying out improvements for the unit. It also helps that I've done some international and local travels in the past and painfully familiar on how travelling can be stressful to some individuals. This hopefully is where I come in. My career had been built on technical support and one thing about folks working in the customer-facing field, they are good at determining/anticipating issues and an even higher level of desire and abilities to assist people.
