It was a great place and we loved it. While it is located on the main street with houses around, it rises above all the places to offer unparalleled views of the Himalayan ranges. It's tastefully done and furnished. It offers all the necessary amenities and more. It was our own ptivate home in the sky for a day. Strongly recommended. It was an experience we would remember for a very long time.

A unique thing about Kasar 360 is the actual 360 view of the mountains. On one side you would see the majestic snow clad Himalayan Ranges and other side you will have green giants of Himalayas and since the place is on 4th floor it is absolutely serene and peaceful. Good thing you don’t have to venture to any view point for Sunrise and Sunset both because there is no such view point better than this. Approach to the property is also very accessible I went with a big car and parking was safe and locked about ~100m away from the property. Food and Chai from the care taker was really good and the food in nearby Cafe’s were also good. Best part is everything is walking distance from this property even the Kasar Devi temple is nearby. Ritu is super responsive and she has an exclusive taste in interiors which you would see once you step in.
I have visited this place after Diwali and i couldn’t wish for anything more. A glasshouse which is covered with glass from all sides, that beautiful view of snow filled mountain’s top visible from the property. The washroom is so creatively done. I think all in all the property is just a thing one must’ visit if you are travelling to Kasar. 5 stars for the property.

Kasar Devi is a village near Almora, Uttarakhand. It is known for the Kasar Devi temple which dates back to the 2nd century CE. Swami Vivekananda visited Kasar Devi in 1890's, followed by numerous western seekers such as Sunyata Baba, Alfred Sorensen and Lama Anagarika Govinda, who visited Kasar Devi in the second half of the 20th century. Crank's Ridge, just outside the village, was a popular destination during the Hippie movement of the 1960's and 1970's, and continues to attract trekkers and tourists, both domestic and foreign.
Walking is the best way to get around Kasar Devi, which has a number of beautiful trails for walking and hiking. You can walk over to the Kasar Devi temple or visit the popular Mohan's café. There is a half day hike to a hidden waterfall, which is highly recommended. Drive up to the Binsar Wildlife Sanctuary, just 15 kilometres away to spend a day walking in the pristine forest.
