Home is nice and is an incredible location. One floor and only one small step; so very handicapped assessable. IMO, I did expect more. A little expensive for not having laundry available. No dishwasher, and no wash pans to do the dishes or drain stopper for the sink; so we had to go by a stopper. Only one towel per person, and no wash cloths; so we had to buy both. There was no coffee pot, so we borrowed one from a friend. Microwave was broke, and didn't get a replacement until the following week. The pool was shocked and equipment left in the pool so we couldn't use it for several days. We were a little uncomfortable to enjoy the outside as there were cameras in all the outside areas that I would consider private (inside wall where the patio and pool area was). There is AC, but only in the master bedroom; making the other rooms in the house a little uncomfortable during afternoon and evenings (mid Aug). This home could easily be a 5 star property with attention to details.
