Be amazed by this unique house! Brand new and modern, located in the heart of a natural reserve, it offers serenity, privacy, comfort, and plenty of security. The house has 350 m2 (3,800 sq ft) of built area on a 1000 m2 (11,000 sq ft) plot of land and is located 28 km (17 miles) from the city center, in a gated community with 24-hour security and vigilant patrols in front of the house every 15 minutes. The house features two parking spaces; 4 suites, one on the ground floor and three on the upper floor; a home theater with a 55" TV, 130" electrical projection screen, and a comfortable sofa; powder room, laundry room with washing machine and dryer, swimming pool, spacious backyard, and an open kitchen that connects to a dining room and a living room. All lights are automated based on Apple Home protocol. Guests can control any light in the house using an iPhone, iPad, and voice commands. There are 2 HomePods in the living room for guests to enjoy music and control the automation system with voice commands. Here is a description of the suites: Suite 1 faces the backyard of the house and is equipped with a double bed (138cm / 54in) and has children decor. Suite 2 faces the front of the house and is equipped with a king-size bed (192cm / 76in) and a desk. The Master Suite consists of 4 areas – a bedroom with a king-size bed (192cm / 76in) and a comfortable armchair; a balcony; a bathing area with a bathtub and 2 shower heads; a separate area for the toilet; as well as a vanity area. There is also a walk-in closet, but it will be locked during your stay, because that's where we will store our personal items. Suite 4 is located on the ground floor. It is decorated as a playroom and has one single bed (96cm / 38in). This suite doesn't have air conditioning, only a fan. We can install a crib in any of the bedrooms, if requested in advance. The kitchen is integrated with the dining and living room. It is equipped with an induction hob, electric oven, microwave oven, dishwasher, Smeg kettle, Smeg toaster, KitchenAid stand mixer, blender, food processor, plates, cutlery, glasses, wine glasses, etc. The pool is small but very comfortable. Depending on the time of year, the water is pleasantly warm due to solar heating. If guests have young children, we can provide a safety net to cover the pool upon request. On the ground floor veranda, which is integrated with the pool area, there is a large sink and a 2-burner gas stove. There is also a movable barbecue grill where guests can prepare a delicious barbecue. The backyard also features sofas and an 8-seater table. There is a playground and a trampoline for children.
