A stylish and curated apt located on the first floor of a two family house We live upstairs but have our own entrance and private decks The Whole yard will be yours for the duration of your stay You will have views of the NYC skyline, the Sandy Hook Bay, Sandy Hook National Park and the Ocean. Spacious living room with a Samsung 55" smart tv and Jotul gas fireplace Crosley Record player, we have a selection of music but feel free to bring your favorites ***Orbi Tri-band Mesh Wifi 6 system with 2 dedicated satellites for your apt. Provides consistent speeds up to 400mbps download and 10mbps upload. Bike the Henry Hudson Trail and explore Atlantic Highlands the neighboring town and explore wonderful food options and shopping

We had such a relaxing and wonderful stay at Loredana’s place. Perfectly located between the beach and plenty to see and do in Highlands and easy to the SeaStreak Ferry too. The house is equipped with everything we needed as a family for a weekend stay and would happily return someday.
We thoroughly enjoyed our 4-night stay in this AirBNB. Overall, it was amazing staying in a beautifully renovated home. It's a quick Seastreak trip away from the city and we could also easily enjoy the coast of New Jersey. There were some great restaurants within walking distance and a local coffee shop that was a welcome part of our days in this quaint town. Sandy Hook was also a lovely experience! We spent several days in the city, and the comfortable Casper mattress we slept on was a welcome respite from several days of walking! The space definitely captured a comfortable, home-away-from-home essence that made our stay truly wonderful. Not to mention, the interior design elements were so fun to explore from the artwork to the beautifully curated furniture selection, there were a lot of moments that brought smiles to our faces. We also enjoyed relaxing by the outdoor fire pit at night, and it was such a well-rounded refuge from the city vibe. Thank you for a beautiful stay!
We very much enjoyed our stay at this clean, comfortable, fabulously designed home 3 min drive from Sandy Hook beach. The home is bright & spacious, the kitchen is exceptional with modern, high end appliances, countertops & cabinets perfectly blended with charming antiques & artwork. The kitchen had everything we needed including great condiments. Three bedrooms were perfect for my 2 adult kids & me. Two bedrooms open to a nice covered back porch with great seating & an ocean view. We were unlucky with bad weather but it gave us a chance to use the gas fireplace & to play some of the classic albums on the turntable. The clean, modern bathroom was stocked with good quality supplies & plenty of nice towels. Our host knew the weekend getaway was for my son’s 24th birthday & she had waiting on the table a bottle of Prosecco, a lovely set of birthday candles, special plates & cake knife. There were many more special touches than I can mention. Great host Great place!
I recently had the pleasure of staying at a brand new Airbnb nestled in the picturesque town of Highlands, New Jersey. From the moment I arrived, I was enchanted by the quaint charm and unique character of this rental furnished with new appliance and vintage decor. It's evident the owners took a lot of time and care into the space and the attention to details is impeccable. Just a quick walk over the bridge and you're in a remote area of Sandy Hook where you have the beach to yourself for a quiet escape. Will book this gem again when I'm in the area.
My family had a wonderful stay here. Loredana’s place was clean and was fully stocked with anything you might need (towels, shampoo, tea/coffee, etc.). It has a beautiful view, with a nice lounging deck. Loredana and her husband were very responsive and had clear instructions about check in and check out. Highly recommend!

Vibrant fishing/beach town with excellent food options and live music playing almost every night!
*** The apt overlooks the downtown and it’s municipal lot. While you won’t see it you may hear it during the day where it can be noisy at times. The town is also upgrading their drainage system to prevent flooding so there is some construction noise from that as well.
Free parking everywhere, Uber is super easy
Town is small and walkable
