Great place in a large private land. They clean snow in winter quite quickly and access to the house is fairly easy even with snowy condition. The property is very clean and looks recently updated with newer furniture and fixtures. We like everything about this place except the mere sound proof. We hear every steps of the people living upstairs and kids crying. Otherwise we are all good.

What a wonderful lodge. It was amazing to have two rooms. I wish we came in the warmer months to utilize the pool, paddle court and basketball court. Great place to come with kids.

We absolutely loved our stay at Brookbound! Jacob’s place is beautiful inside and out! It is clean, comfortable and updated . The property and grounds are well-maintained and peaceful. We enjoyed playing tennis and basketball on the outdoor courts as well. We were able to enjoy summer activities at Mt. Snow and the surrounding area due to the property’s convenient location. Jacob is friendly, accommodating and responsive. We would absolutely recommend Brookbound to friends and family and we look forward to our next visit!
