A fantastic location to explore Brighton from, lots of restaurants and cafes around, very near the water. Check-in and check-out are entirely self done, so there's no actual contact with anyone face to face, at any point. It is a bit impersonal, but the property managers were easy to reach by messenger and very responsive.

Die Lage war fantastisch. Der Check-In unproblematisch. Ausstattung ausreichend. Zwei kleine Mängel hatte es dennoch. Zum einen war die Tür von innen nicht abschließbar und zum anderen war es in der Dusche beinahe unmöglich eine vernünftige Wassertemperatur einzustellen - viel zu heiß oder viel zu kalt. Preis-Leistung im Ganzen trotzdem gut.

Great place and great location.

We were mostly happy with the place, the room was spacious and had a nice vibe to it. We had an issue with the shower temperature being uncontrollable between scolding hot and freezing cold so that did spoil our visit unfortunately. Daniel and Lauren were very communicative and keen to rectify this situation though. They were sending an engineer out just after we left and they offered us what we agreed was a fair partial refund. I think maybe we were unfortunate and that the issue has probably already been fixed so I wouldn’t let it put you off booking here.

Good value for money, couldn't ask for a better location, we had a weird blip with admin but they were apologetic and sorted us out well.
