The apartment is located in a quiet neighborhood immersed in nature, situated between the sea, the city center, and the Presidential Estate of Castel Porziano, a green oasis of 60 km2. This privileged location allows our guests to experience both aspects of the city: the historical center with its ancient neighborhoods, parks, and vibrant nightlife, and the coast with the sea, outdoor activities, relaxation, and beach clubs Mandarino" apartment, which is part of the complex "La Quercia," is spread out on a single floor covering 70 m2, with a private entrance, an internal parking space, and two gardens. The front garden 35m2 opens to a welcoming entrance veranda, while the small garden at the back provides a private shaded space thanks to the two mandarin trees from which the apartment takes its name. Large and bright sliding windows connect the garden with the veranda and the living room, which includes a practical kitchenette and can comfortably accommodate several guests. WiFi, TV, two double bedrooms, a sofa bed, the main bathroom, and a guest bathroom have been designed to provide comfortable accommodation for up to 5 people.

Super tolles Appartement, schön geräumig und modern. Wir haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt. Bequemes Bett und super ruhig! Der CheckIn mit Schlüssel-Tresor war super! Wir sind mit Bus und Metro in ca. 1 h nach Rom und nur 30 min ans Meer gefahren. Ticket für 100 min nur 1,50 €! Einfach Kreditkarte im Bus an den Automaten halten und fertig! Privater Parkplatz direkt vor dem Appartement! Eine tolle Pizzeria direkt nebenan, viele weitere Restaurants in 20 min zu Fuß in der Umgebung, Supermarkt nur 7 min zu Fuß entfernt. Die Straßen in der Umgebung (bis nach Rom) sind hier leider seehr sehr beschädigt mit vielen großen Löchern, zudem ist der italienische Fahrstil sehr individuell..Wir haben das Auto stehen lassen und sind mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel gefahren. Waschmaschine und Geschirrspüler vorhanden, Küche gut ausgestattet. Wir hatten eine entspannte Woche hier!

Casa linda e aconchegante , bem localizado em Roma e a cidade de Aostia aonde tem uma praia muito bonita e tranquila . Ao lado da casa, muro com muro tem um restaurante que foi o melhor que como durante a viagem . muito Obrigado Paola
We found everything we looked for and even more. The house is brand new and furnished for a perfect stay. The wooden ceiling and outside garden make it very cozy and special, you really feel at home! Paola and her family are fantastic hosts, they live nearby and are always available in case of any need or recommendation for the area. As regular travellers, we highly recommend this place, it really exceeded our high expectations. Thank you again for all your care, and see you next time!

By car
To reach the seaside and the evergreen pine forest of Ostia, simply drive along Cristoforo Colombo for about ten minutes in the direction of Ostia. For the city center, you can take Cristoforo Colombo in the opposite direction:
• For about twenty minutes, you can conveniently reach Metro B stops (Eur Fermi, Eur Palasport, Eur Magliana).
• For about thirty to forty minutes, you can directly arrive near Circo Massimo.
By public transportation
The "La Quercia Holidayhomes" complex is a five-minute walk from the bus stops of lines 06 and 066, which take you to the Roma-Lido train in 15-20 minutes. The Roma-Lido train passes through the heart of Ostia, connecting the Roman coast directly to the historic center, with stops at Porta San Paolo (intersection with Metro B) and Basilica San Paolo.
Also, within a five-minute walk, you can reach the bus stop of line 070, which directly takes you to Eur Fermi, a Metro B stop and a convenient access point to the city center.
