This place is a unique, funky space that is the reason we use air bnbs. You won’t experience anything like this for the price in a hotel. It’s stunning, fun, a sanctuary in the cbd and we didn’t want to leave! If you are coming to Launceston for an evening event and a relaxing romantic getaway we would totally recommended!

our stay at the Green room was way above expectations. The place was beautiful and Nardia was a pleasure to deal with :)
After a bit of a hiccup with the key storage (no fault of the proprietor), which was rapidly attended to, we had a very nice and comfortable stay at nardia’s place. The location was ideal, and despite its downtown location, we found it quiet and easy to manage. We would stay there again.

The apartment is centrally located in the city so everything is within easy walking distance. There is also a bus stop right out the front of the building for those wanting to venture further.
