House is spacious and comfortable, all brand new, with garage and 100 m from the sea, in a quiet town, but with a lot of life, and many tapas bars and shops, less than 200 m away. Ideal for a getaway with the family or a couple, tranquility is breathed in the house. All rooms have air conditioning and a ceiling fan, and everything is brand new. The house is 100 m from the sea and 30 min from the mountain, and 45 min from the Cabo de Gata Natural Park. There is a water park, aquarium, zoo, 30 min The house is very spacious, it has 3 double rooms, the main room with a 1.80m bed and a new 1.40m wide sofa bed for 2 people, very comfortable if necessary. Everything has been put new and is being released. There are two bathrooms, one with a shower and the other with a bathtub. The kitchen is very spacious and with all the cooking utensils and details, it also has a dishwasher, oven, microwave, sandwich maker, toaster, coffee maker. It has an osmosis tap so you don't have to buy water. All rooms have air conditioning and ceiling fan. The house has its own garage, very comfortable not to look for parking and unload suitcases and protect the car from the sun. It has a very nice patio prepared for smokers. It has washer and dryer in case of emergency. The house is spacious and generous in all its rooms. . In the house you will find an iron, a first-aid kit, kitchen utensils, some basic ones so you don't have to buy, towels, sheets. It is a quiet house despite the fact that it is centrally located and you can reach many bars and shops in less than 2 minutes on foot, such as ordering food to be brought home.

The location of this unit was excellent. The boardwalk & beach were literally 1 block away. We ate at one of the places that were recommended by the host, and it was delicious. There was a small grocery store several blocks down which made it very easy to purchase any items we needed. Additionally, we ran into locals who sold local treats. I highly recommend purchasing buñuelos from them, which are like a Spaniard version of a sugar doughnut (looked like a large onion ring with sugar sprinkled on it). Regarding cleanliness, everything was spotless. Also, the Wi-fi & tv worked perfectly. The only hiccup we had was at check-in. Since we were driving in from over 6 hours away, we had a late check-in, 9:45pm. We had difficulty reaching the host to get in via the garage, since he had to remotely open the garage for us to get in. I would suggest leaving a lockbox. All in all, our stay at this location was excellent and we will definitely stay here again if we're in the neighborhood!

Casa amplia, limpia, bien equipada, confortable y cerca de la playa. Anfitrión atento, disponible y amable. Facilitó restaurantes donde la calidad/precio es buena, tiendas cercanas donde comprar, así como actividades que se pueden realizar.
Casa amplia y limpia, y garaje maravilloso. Zona tranquila con bastantes alternativas para comer.
Tenia todo para el baño preparado, la igual que la cocina y dormitorios. Television plana, sofas y camas cómodos, todo a mano. Superdesinfecado. Un casero perfecto, con todas las recomendaciones de sitios, bares, playas, pubs, senderismo... Nosotros somos mucho de ir a hoteles de 4 y 5 estrellas, pues el piso de Raul lo tenia como para 6 estrellas, un lujo, se agradece la limpieza. Teniamos para preparar desayunos, facil hacer de comer, una estancia tranquila, aires acondicionados en todas las estancias. Siendo de Granada nos encontramos con lo mejor de Almeria. Nos quedamos realmente sorprendidos. Estuvimos 4 personas y 4 perros... pensabamos que ibamos a tener problemas por ello y sin embargo nos dió soluciones para tener sitio para los perritos. Pudimos pasar todos los dias tranquilos en casa despues de Bucear, hacer senderismo, salir de tapas... merece un 12 Raul. Nos recomendó los bares, los pubs, los sitios para ir de compras, los supermercados... ... Mejor imposible...

If you want to go on excursions, we are close to ideal places to spend the day.
The town is small and the most comfortable way is taking a walk.
The beach, bars and places of interest are less than 200 meters away.
If you want to go to other cities, the most comfortable way is by car. The bus also goes to the main cities, but not to the most beautiful beaches.
