Our group of 4 came from Michigan to ice fish. Amit’s renovated farm house turned out to be a perfect place for us to stay. It was private and had more than ample parking for our two trucks with trailers. It was warm and very clean. It seemed like virtually everything was newly updated. The kitchen was great! It had all the accessories we needed to cook and they were all in great shape. For us fishermen we don’t need much and Amit’s place exceeded all expectations. He was great to work with as well. We will be looking to book again with Amit next time we come fishing. Highly recommend.

Pre check-in was very easy Location of the property was very private so quiet,peaceful and very relaxing Lots of parking House had everything we required for a great 2 night stay Perfectly located on route to Beaverton-7 minutes to Tim Hortons and fast food another 7 minutes to Beaverton for a great 3 days of ice fishing We will be back !

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful farmhouse. Serene and quiet with beautiful views. Amit was very transparent and proactive about the previous negative review and even brought it to my attention to ensure we were still comfortable. He was always available and responsive and did everything and more to make sure any issues had been addressed and that we were happy. The house itself is beautifully renovated and updated. When we arrived there was a Christmas tree set up with some decorations and crafts for my daughter which was so thoughtful. We will definitely be back again!

Stayed for 2.5 months and every day was a nightmare. Upon entering (check in) found dead flies everywhere (over 50) and was told to clean them up and make sure windows were closed. It is not the windows; the eggs are in the vents. Everyday 50 flies a day in the house, on your food, dying on the floor. The buzzing is enough to drive you nuts. Host extremely unsympathetic and just states it’s a farm you should expect flies. Had house fumigated and within days all flies were back. There are animals in the walls/vents running around at night. The stove was a major fire hazard and host disregarded safety concerns until inspection by technician (6wks after first complaint) deemed it illegal and major risk for house fire and disconnected. Host did not care that my life/safety was in jeopardy and never apologized for any issues. Electricians stated nothing is up to code (safety concern). No blinds on any windows, and house not insulated. Airbnb issued major refund due to severity of problems.
