Mini golf right outside room, was perfect drinking coffee while watching kids play. Good amount of space in the rooms. Overall great stay.

Jessica's place was beachfront just like the description said. We noticed that there was trash left in the kitchen trash can. And the cold water was not working in one of the bathrooms which made for a difficult bath time for our toddler. Nice location with it being on the beach. We paid an additional $50 for early check-in. This allowed us to check-in about 1.5 hours early. We felt that it was not worth asking to get the water fixed since we were only there for a few days. As a heads up, the front door slams pretty hard if you let it go. And neither of the patio doors open easily nor quietly. We did receive a message at the beginning of our stay, to let Jessica know if we need anything at all, which we appreciated. But the things that needed some work would take more time to fix than we would be there.

Great renovated unit at the Grand Cayman. Awesome location - right on the beach, not a lot of storm drains, fun shared pools, convenient mini golf course right out side the unit balcony, walkable to some restaurants (mimosa’s, Dunkin’, River City Cafe, etc). We, including our toddler, had a blast. The unit is very clean and updated. The host is super responsive. Would totally stay here again! Thank you, for having us!

This place could use a good cleaning and an upgrade. Overall the location and amenities were nice but we would not stay here again.
