Great apt in a great location! Tons of cute restaurants and bars right next to the apt. Not noisy even though it’s on a busy street. Beds are comfortable. Only downside was there’s a sensor light that comes on in the courtyard that would come on overnight and occasionally wake us up. Great place to stay overall we loved it!

We had a fantastic 4 night stay at Arnaud and Sam’s lovely flat. Furniture and beds were very comfortable a great space to relax in after long days of sightseeing. Local neighbourhood is very vibrant with lots of shops bars and cafes, close to many metro stations and easy walk to some of the major sights. Arnaud was very helpful and responsive to all of my messages and provided local recommendations as well as a luggage storage company that worked out great. We plan to return!

Great spot on the first floor, near a lot of restaurants and shops, two lines of subways, nice neighbourhood. Very quiet even though you're very near lots of bars. Quick and responsive host - we had a heating issue that was fixed the same day. On the "con" side, little counter space to cook on and no oil/basic cooking supplies. The bathrooms were cold even after the heating issue was fixed. Curtains let the light come through quite a lot, and there's an automatic light outside that lights up the room at night. For us as a family with a young child, those points made our experience a little less enjoyable and a bit too expensive, but if you're not looking to cook and come during warmer months, the location is awesome and the place is nice.
