This is a first floor apartment. Recently installed all new double glazed stunning sash windows to the front of our accommodation to add even more comfort for our guests. The Townhouse consists of 2 bedrooms. Open plan Livingroom/Kitchen Diner. Shower/Toilet. It has only recently been refurbished & modernised to a very high standard . It is located in the town centre close to award winning restaurants & popular bars. 2 children’s playgrounds within 500 metres together with a skate park. Supermarkets within handy reach for stocking up with essentials. National bus stop a few steps away. Pitch & Putt club (pay green fees) a short stroll away situated beside beautiful sea views. Bike hire also a few steps away. Cinema & Shopping Centre 200 metres. An array of coffee shops on the doorstep to get your morning coffee. Street ticket parking in Dungarvan Square right outside the door from 9am to 5pm. Free Sundays.

brilliant apartment clean fresh location excellent for us
~V2/V3~ V4 George and Tony do an excellent job. Everything is at a high standard and very clean and comfortable! Really enjoyed the apartment and would stay again! Very professional and friendly. The location couldn't be more central and this service provided by the hosts is a real asset to the area.
There was 4 of us stayed here 2 couples in their 70s .We were met by George when we arrived he showed us everything who was lovely . The apartment was in a central location but not at all noisy. The apartment itself was absolutely immaculate and beautiful inside ,very spacious inside ,the decor was beautiful and minimal. We really enjoyed our 2 night stay and will most definitely will book again when down this way again . It was very reasonable for the price . If I had to pick one thing wrong is that maybe think about putting in a hairdryer for the ladies please but no other negative comments. Thank you for sharing your home with us ,looking forward to comming back to Visit Dungarvan again .

Several Quayside restaurants just around the corner & pubs & restaurants right on the doorstep. 3 golf courses within 3 km outside the town. Several beautiful beaches only a short drive or cycle away. Pitch & Put 500 meters. Cinema, Shopping Centre & multiple coffee shops literally on the door step.
Everything is within 500 metres. Ticket parking on the street outside apartment & several free car parks within walking distance.
