House is stunning... brand new with everything you could need. Living Room has a huge couch and we were pleasently surprised by the video game systems and games. Kitchen is state of the art with everything you need to prepare any meal. Gregory even left us a sodas, popcorn, and Ramen to make a quick meal after traveling. Bed was very comfortable and office space was exactly what I needed for my remote job. The deck has a beautiful view of the channel where we were able to watch all manner of fish and birds. Neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. I would highly highly recommend this house. Go ahead and book you won't be disappointed, I promise.

The house is amazing. Brand new. Huge back patio. I wish we stayed longer. It was quick to get to downtown Tampa and vice versa to Clearwater. Publix is right at the corner. The value here vs a hotel is insane.
