Enjoy a tranquil and stylish experience at this centrally-located 2-bedroom penthouse, just a short 6-minute stroll from one of Malta's most popular and bustling promenades, which is brimming with restaurants, bars, cafes, and year-round events and nightlife. Several beaches are conveniently close by and accessible by foot. Wind down and enjoy the sunset with a nice BBQ on the terrace! Served with a lift, the penthouse is ac-equipped, one in the open plan and one in each bedroom. There’s also a portable fan. Wifi is accessible throughout the whole place. OPEN PLAN - KITCHEN and LIVING ROOM The kitchen is fully equipped where you'll find a coffee machine with good quality coffee, a dishwasher, blender and all necessary items. A fire extinguisher and first aid kit are also installed. In the living room you'll find a smart TV equipped with Netflix and Prime, and a pellet stove heater. From here you'll have access to the front terrace which comes with an outdoor 5-seater sofa and a dining table with 4 chairs. MAIN BEDROOM The mattresses are of really good quality and comfortable; the left half is more firm. There's a large 6-door wardrobe with shelves and hangers. Large towels are provided and will be ready on the bed. SECOND BEDROOM The bed can be opened as a double bed or closed to be used as a single. There's a designated workspace which includes a large height adjustable desk and an ergonomic chair. Large towels are provided and will be ready on the bed. From here, you can access the back terrace where you'll find a BBQ (it's a bit rusty due to the elements, but functions properly), high table with 2 high chairs, and a washing machine (detergent and conditioner supplied). BATHROOM Soap and shower gel are provided, along with towels to dry your hands. A hair blower is stowed under the sink. Extra toilet paper is also provided and can be found on the window sill.
