First impressions are everything and communication is key. Being it was my first time, Not a pest or rodent in sight. Sherri was extremely nice and very cordial and is communicative she made me feel welcomed at her spot. and if any issues happens she is just a call away. Decent location.. all A’s this way

Even though one of the Airbnb guests was rude and didn't know how to have a conversation without yelling, I just distanced myself and left the room when I seen her, she stayed on top right bunk, so I would be careful for her. Sherie is communicative and accommodates with guests. kept some of my things in the garage until I was able to get them, I really think she needs a co-host to assist her because she has so many things to do! Also, a co-host to help her with any discrepancies or "rowdy" guests, like the one I encountered. It's 5 minutes from a bus stop which is good. As a lady, I would definitely have enough money for another place, because some women there are aggressive. I wasn't the only one trying to avoid the young lad that was aggressive. Overall, Sherie is a nice person
