Jonathon’s place is a clean, extremely quiet, no-frills, affordable place to stay in an unbeatable location in Santa Monica just off the 3rd Street Promenade. Jonathan allowed us a late final checkout, which was very kind. The app to lock and unlock the door worked great except for one time, when the servers were slow. There’s no washing machine in the unit, but it’s easy to do some hand-washing! Would definitely recommend!

The apartment was in the perfect location right next to the Promenade but also very quiet and easy to sleep. There was one issue upon arrival which was resolved quickly by the host. Overall great trip and felt very comfortable in this spot.

Great value for money in a great location. No parking provided but great proximity to the beach, shops and the metro, so it’s especially great if you don’t have a car during your stay! Jonathan provided clear instructions on how to get in. I was apprehensive about using the modern door locking system but it turned out to be easy do long as you have a smartphone. I so enjoyed taking my family to the beach and out to dinner. It’s right by the cinema too. There’s so much to do right there: including the farmers market right on the doorstep! Thanks Jonathan, my family had an amazing visit!!

We had a great time. The location can’t be better.
