Had such a lovely stay over at Kim’s AB&B! We really appreciated Kim and Joan’s help throughout our stay as they were so warm and welcoming. We loved the peaceful and pleasant environment that was created around Kim’s place that made us feel right at home. And such attentive service by both Kim and Joan, could not have asked for something better (:

Very cozy and clean space to stay at, away from the city. Joan was very really helpful and went over and beyond.

Kim and Joan were wonderful hosts! Joan went out of her way to give us her personal phone number upon arrival and greeted our group. The space was the perfect size for our group of 5 and had a gorgeous view of the lake. It had everything we needed and more and was extremely clean. I would love to return in the summer to take advantage of the weather sometime!

Kim and Joan were wonderful hosts, going out of their way to bring over some items we had forgotten to get. thank you for a great stay, and I'm sorry : I forgot to put the linens in the bathroom when we left. F

Located right in front of Lake Sparrow, this peaceful cottage getaway was exactly what we were looking for. The cottage was very neatly maintained and the hosts, Kim and Joan, were always responsive and helpful. I would definitely recommend it for those looking to step away from the hustle and bustle of the city, for a few days of peace and quiet.
