Enjoy easy access to everything from this perfectly located home base in downtown Adams. Next to Adams Police Station and 57 Park Street, our Boba Shop and Bakery. Dog friendly and on the ground floor literally 300 feet from the Ashuwillticook Rail Trail, Adams Theater, local restaurants and pubs. Why rent a hotel room when you and your BFF can have a studio with a full kitchen! Comfortable studio with a fully stocked kitchen (stove, oven, toaster, coffee machine), cutlery, pots/pans, chinaware and flatware. A dinette with 3 chairs a bar table with 2 bar stools and a newly renovated modern bathroom. The bedroom has an upholstered bed with a 12" memory foam mattress ensuring a good night sleep. Window AC, heat, lamps and recess lights. A wall mounted Smart TV to watch your favorite movie on Netflix or Amazon prime and free WIFI.

Lea was a gracious and responsive host. The studio was clean, secure and pleasant. Also, I learned the Host also recently restored the historic Wigwam Western Summit which is very much worth a visit and located on a beautiful stretch of mountain road just outside of North Adams. It's great to see local airbnb hosts helping grow their communities.
Close to Mt Greylock and MassMoca.

Lea’s studio was the perfect place to stay for a night while visiting family in a neighboring town. It’s recently renovated and modern, clean and comfortable. We were grateful to be able to bring our dog with us! And Lea was very responsive to any questions before, during and after our stay. For those visiting to get a taste of the nature and culture of the Berkshires, it’s worth mentioning that this place is centrally located in downtown Adams. A 2-3 min walk to cute breakfast and lunch spots, and a short drive to hiking trails in town and nearby attractions like Mass MoCA.

Adams is a friendly town at the foothill of Mt. Greylock, the tallest mountain in Massachusetts. The studio is centrally located and you can walk to the local grocery store ( Adams Market), our boba tea shop, the Firehouse Bistro for live entertainment and delicious lunch or dinner. A local favorite is the Daily Grind which has breakfast and lunch everyday. You’re literally a minute to the Ashwillicook Rail Trail which is great for biking, walking or walking your dog!
The benefit of staying downtown is you can walk everywhere. The library is a 3 minute walk. You can stroll down to the Adams theater, the Daily Grind for breakfast or our boba tea shop for coffee, a smoothie or some
Freshly baked scone or a croissant. Live music is always available on weekends at the firehouse bistro. The police station, post office and grocery store are all within walk-in distance as is local pubs and the rail trail.

Wayne and I are both young retirees who love to build stuff. In 2018 we did the unthinkable and bought the Wigwam Western Summit site unseen while on vacation in Vermont. The Wigwam had been vacant since 2008 and was abandoned for nearly a decade. The Wigwam is such a special place and it brought Wayne back to the Berkshires to retire. We love hosting and meeting people and can provide recommendations to make your stay more enjoyable!
