The Room had everything you would need for a great stay.
A quiet place with a convenient check-in. I stayed for one week, but another tenant clogged the kitchen sink. I understand that this is something uncontrollable. Overall, Jing's place is fairly valued.
Very accommodating
Jay is very friendly and helpful host and his house is located in a quiet cul de sac in a nice neighborhood so it’s a very peaceful place to stay and rest.
it was a good spot for the price, it could've been cleaner.

Parking is in front of property, there is enough space to park 3 vehicles perpendicularly and this is divided between guests, there could be a maximum of 3 total reserved guests at a time so let us know beforehand if you need to park a 2nd vehicle on the premises
