Bearheart Lodge, a serene vacation rental nestled in the heart of Visalia. As you enter, you'll be greeted by the warmth of an exposed wood porch with rocking chairs and a chiminea to warm the night air. The lodge also boasts an adult treehouse, offering a unique experience that combines nature's embrace with relaxation, allowing you to take in the breathtaking views of the evening moon and majestic mountains. As the gateway to the Sequoias, those majestic mountains are well within your grasp. This is a property with two separate spaces. The Lodge is for guests and the studio is for the host. The studio is on the north side of the property and you may see us milling around in that area from time to time with our two shelties, Romi and Jane.

A wonderful and unique place with lots of comfort and character. There were many places to relax, and the hot tub was lovely!
This place is the best Airbnb I've stayed in years. Beautiful place, fully stocked kitchen that's ready to cook using the provided ingredients. The place has so much to do that we realized it is best to book again, comes back and just enjoy they place!

This house is something amazing. It's the best house my family and I have ever stayed in. It's very cozy, spacious, and there are so many things to do. The treehouse is a particular favorite; even adults won't remain indifferent to it. We even forgot why we came here; we just didn't want to leave. Thank you Reuben for such a comfortable stay; we really enjoyed it, and we'll definitely come back, but for a longer stay next time.

Parking tags will be provided for all vehicles that park on the street. There is one parking slot available on the carport.
We do offer a golf cart to use to go through the Habit Burger or Dutch Bros drive-thru that is one block from the home or to tour the neighborhood if it is a nice evening.
Downtown Visalia is 5 minutes driving distance with plenty of free parking offering a variety of cuisines.
Distance to National Parks: To Kings Canyon (55 miles): an hour-and-a-half. To Sequoia (35 miles): an hour and a half to the entrance gate. To Yosemite Valley (134 miles): three to three-and-a-half hours. To Shaver Lake (50 miles): two hours. To Hume Lake (70 miles): two hours.
To Three Rivers (30 miles): thirty-five minutes.
